Vegan doner kebab with sunflowerCHUNKS

Doner kebab is a classic that tastes just as good vegan. In this recipe we combine our sunflowerChunks, crunchy lettuce and a fresh yoghurt sauce. All packed in a crispy flatbread.

You need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp coriander seed

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp sumac

  • 2 tsp Sriracha

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 5 tbsp olive oil

  • 60g Sunflower Chunks

  • Frying oil

  • 50ml water

Here's how:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and marinate the chunks in it for 10 minutes.

  2. Drain the chunks well and heat the oil in a pan.

  3. Fry the sunflowerCHUNKS until golden brown on all sides.

  4. Combine your vegan doner kebab with your favorite salads and vegan yoghurt dressing.
