Vegan doner kebab with sunflowerCHUNKS
Doner kebab is a classic that tastes just as good vegan. In this recipe we combine our sunflowerChunks, crunchy lettuce and a fresh yoghurt sauce. All packed in a crispy flatbread.
You need:
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sumac
2 tsp Sriracha
Salt
Pepper
5 tbsp olive oil
60g Sunflower Chunks
Frying oil
50ml water
Here's how:
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and marinate the chunks in it for 10 minutes.
Drain the chunks well and heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the sunflowerCHUNKS until golden brown on all sides.
Combine your vegan doner kebab with your favorite salads and vegan yoghurt dressing.
